Founded in 2006, CARTHA is a relatively young nonprofit organization on a wonderful journey with lofty goals made achievable only through cross-sector partnerships. I invite you to join us on this ride where we wish to soar—on the basis of the collection of talents, insights, networks, goodwill, and tacit wisdom we each possess and are willing to share and learn from.
We are very grateful for the intellectual input, resources, and moral support of so many of our volunteers and partners who have made immense contributions to CARTHA’s advancement. As is the case with most nonprofit organizations, we also need ongoing financial support for our core operations and our programming initiatives. You can also choose to add to CARTHA’s endowment funds, including an endowment fund established in 2016 at the Community Foundation of Johnson County-Iowa.
